The purple couch is a medium-firm velvet loveseat. If this texture is problematic for you, I have an assortment of blankets to lay down. I also offer floor cushions as many of my clients like to play on the floor. Shoes are optional, but I encourage folks to remove muddy shoes.

I’m located at 88 Central Ave, Asheville, NC 28801. I’m in the Charlotte Street area, right near downtown Asheville. We have free, designated parking on site, including accessible parking.
My office is on the ground floor (no stairs), with soft, natural lighting and temperature control (mini-split, ceiling fan, windows). I do not use candles, essential oils or scented body products. Please let me know about your accessibility needs so that I can accommodate you and your family appropriately for our sessions.

I am fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID, and I keep up with CDC recommended guidelines.
My office has two big windows and a small air filter.
In order to keep us all both physically and emotionally safe, I ask that we make special arrangements when one of us has been exposed, isn’t feeling well, or tests positive for COVID, RSV, Flu A or B, Pink Eye, Measles, or Strep. These decisions are made together on a case-by-case basis, but could include moving an in-person session to telehealth, rescheduling, or cancelling the appointment.
